As the years rolled on it looked like Yamaha was more than satisfied with the power delivery of the R1 Mostly unchanged for 2010, the new-in-’09 Yamaha R1 came into our shootout much better prepared and with a rock-solid base set-up this time around. The boys in blue found that our handling problems last year were due in part to an unusual issue within 2008 brings the Yamaha YZF-R1 painted Blue/White, Candy Red or Raven. With the FZ-09 now filling the slot The 2014 YZF-R1 is available from this month (September) and will be offered in Team Yamaha Blue/White priced $14,490 (€10,980), Matte Gray and Rapid Red for $14,290 (€10,830). The new bike will sell for $13,990 in Yamaha Blue—just $400 more than the 2011 model-and $14,190 in white and black. Nice going, Yamaha! Yamaha has opted for new livery with a Yamaha Blue and matte grey colour combination for its 2013 YZF-R1, YZF-R6 and YZF-R125 models. To celebrate this series, Yamaha has created a new look for its MotoGP factory YZR-M1 machine which featured a ‘RaceBlu .
